Can I delete the 2023 information I have entered and start over?

If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over

If you really want to completely start over, the easiest way would be to delete the "<name>.tax2023" file you have made.  If you don't know where that file is, then in the Turbotax menus, click File->Save As, and it will show you.  Then close Turbotax and delete that file.
