No, the fees for taking college entrance exams such as SAT and ACT, application and other related are not tax-deductible.

It wouldn't be for entrance exams, it is more of application fees and the fee they charge to send the scores to various colleges.

Unfortunately, they are not deductible. See above updated answer.
