No, it won't let you do that since it's been paid for, and you've attempted to efile. You shouldn't need to start over to make a correction.

What/where is the roadblock? Or do you mean you don't know how to open the return interview back up to get back to that topic?
You appear to be using Live Deluxe. If so, be aware you can take advantage of that Live feature that you paid extra for. The Live feature allows you to have on-demand access for help from a live CPA/EA tax expert. That product also includes a review of your return by the expert prior to filing, if desired.

To get back to the ACA question, type "aca" (without the quotes) in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to aca." It will ask one question about unemployment. Then the next screen will be the one that asks whether you received a 1095-A, and you can change your answer.
