I am not claiming my daughter as a dependent, but I could. She is unemployed and I pay her Tricare for Young Adults premiums.

Yes, if you are itemizing your deductions on Schedule A, then you can claim a dependent's medical insurance premiums. She must qualify as a dependent on your return to report her medical expenses. See the FAQ below for more info. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4774889
