If your employer listed your health insurance premiums some other place on the W-2, you might call your employer's HR department and make sure that your premiums were paid with pre-tax dollars (if they qualify), that is, that the premiums were removed from your wages, so you can't be taxed on them. If so, you should not enter them elsewhere on the return.
