Can I claim my tax prep fees for 2018?

I'm only self-employed part time (it makes up about 1/3 of my income). Can I deduct the full amount of my preparation fees from 2018 on my return? My receipt from Turbotax is not itemized, so I don't know of a way to distinguish how much I paid for my business return versus my personal return.

Yes, on your Schedule C you can claim the cost to prepare your business return, and for your personal return these are no longer deductible on your return as part of the nex tax law.
