Yes, you can and you should report both, SSI and W-2 on your tax return if you are required to file.  Based on your W-2 income, SSI may not be taxable anyway, but it should be reported showing nontaxable.

Both forms have their separate entries:

Please follow the steps below to enter you Social Security benefits, Form 1099-SSA.

  1. Federal Taxes       
  2. Wages and Income
  3. Scroll down to the Retirement Plans and Social Security
  4.  Select Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)
