Yes, if you are itemizing your return instead of taking the Standard Deduction, as long as you are not reimbursed for the mileage you can claim the miles driven while making deliveries but not the miles that were driven to and from your job.
Your job expenses (mileage and other job-related expenses) would need to be greater than 2% of your AGI and then the rest of your itemized deductions such as mortgage interest, property taxes, other taxes paid, and medical expenses in excess of 10% of your AGI would need to be greater than your standard deduction to receive a benefit from entering your mileage.
