Can I change the amount to be debited for my school district tax payment?

I received a letter from the state saying they adjusted the amount I owe the school district. Its already set to automatically debit a lower amount on Friday.

No. Once you have submitted the payment amount it is sent out with the file. You will have to make a separate payment for the difference.

How do I pay for refund filing fee manually with debitcard? I originally chose for it to be debited from my bank account,the payment declined. Need to pay the remaining.
