I am using TurboTax and am REQUIRED to enter the Self Select PIN from 2021 as the last step when I efile. I swear the PIN is correct but the IRS is rejecting my efile. I don't want to print my return but it's looking like this is the only option now.

Try using a 0 (zero) for the 2021 AGI and e-file the 2022 tax return again using any 5 digit self-selected PIN you want.
"to enter the Self Select PIN from 2021"
No, you are required to select a new PIN for e-Signature purposes.
the fact that you enter the same PIN two years in a row and it does not work only proves my point above.
The prior year's PIN is not the same thing as the new self-Select PIN.
on my 4th attempt, I entered a NEW PIN (different from last year) and my accurate AGI from last year, still it was rejected with the same error. Very frustrating
IRS is rejecting your return for AGI mismatch.
This is a common problem with TurboTax.
Others have shown that, in their cases, if you e-File with that AGI using other tax software, it will go through.
Due to IRS COVID chaos, it's claimed that many AGI amounts from last year were not stored.
This sounds believable.
You'll have to file a paper return
OR
Use other tax software..
Wow!! That WORKED! My return was accepted!!!! Thank you!!
