Efile is like putting them in a mailbox. There is no way to cancel the efile and get your return back and you cannot have the professional file again for you unless they amend.

Did you actually file from Turbo Tax and was it Accepted? You can only file 1 return. If you file again from another place it should reject. Did you tell the professional you already filed from Turbo Tax?
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
