Can I add my deported father as a dependent?

My father is deported but was a us citizen, I pay for most of his living and medical expenses, am I able to add him as a dependent with his social security number?

Possibly.  Generally, you can claim your parent if they didn't have more than $4,200 in gross income (excluding nontaxable Social Security) and you provided more than half of their support in 2019. Your parent doesn't have to live with you.
