I get this same issue for 2 years but turbotax is kind of MUTED on this issue, or provide no help by pointing the same stupid guideline click here click there. It is suck. We want the **bleep** Form 5405--that IRS keeps asking me to fax them every freaking year--attached to the 1040 (not the instruction to click here click there blah blah blah)
