I'm not sure what details you are referring to. You don't typically enter anything on your tax return for employee stock unless you sell it, in which case the discount you received on it's acquisition is reported on your W-2 form and the sale of stock is reported on your Form 1099-B. If you indicate in TurboTax that you are reporting the sale of employee stock, you can indicate that you need to adjust the cost basis reported on the Form 1099-B if necessary, and TurboTax will help you determine the correct cost basis:
