You have to list covered and non-covered separately on Form 8949. You can only choose one of the Boxes D,E, F for each item in 8949.  But you can use the totals of covered and non-covered, as long as they are on the same 1099.  You can enter broker name instead of the name of each mutual fund or stock.

You have to list covered and non-covered separately on Form 8949. You can only choose one of the Boxes D,E, F for each item in 8949.  But you can use the totals of covered and non-covered, as long as they are on the same 1099.  You can enter broker name instead of the name of each mutual fund or stock.
