can anyone help me with Box 20? could I just type in the pizza shops name and be done with that? this is my first time ever doing my own taxes.

locality name? should that have already been filled out by my employer?

I assume that you are referring to your form W-2.

You do not write in the pizza shop's name in box 20. Box 20 if needed if box 19 is populated with a number, otherwise leave box 20 blank.
