Can anyone explain why I entered 17,000 and some for my total 1099g, with 1800 withheld for federal, but turbo is showing my total as 34,000? Only one form is entered.

I already tried deleting and redoing it, but it keeps showing double the amount i received. That raises my taxable income by a lot.

On the left-side menu, click on 'Tax Tools', then 'Tools', then 'Delete a Form' from the pop-up menu.

You will see a list of forms in your return.  Delete the 1099-G's you see there and try re-entering.

Type '1099-G' in the Search area, and 'Jump to 1099-G'.
