Can anyone explain the stimulus credit please?

when I was going through credits and deductions it only asked if I recived the 3rd stimulus payment, which I didn't. then during the review it shows a credit.  P.S. what does the red dot next to the refund amout mean?

for 2021 only the third payment is relevant so that is all it will ask you about.

be sure you did not get the credit when you answer that you did not get it.

If IRS records show you did get it, your rebate will be denied.
