No one can call you from the user forum.  You are posting from online Live----if you are really paying for Live then you can get the Live help you are paying the extra fee for:

 

 You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday,

I NEED to speak to someone about the Turbo Tax Charges.  I needed help and thought that I was agreeing to pay $45 extra to get help from an expert. When I got the final billing from Turbo Tax it was for $170.00 . I am freaking out here! I CANNOT afford to pay that much money for the minimal help that I received. She walked me through to enter the required info, which I appreciated, but not worth $170 dollars! $45. would have been extreme for the help I received!!

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Saturday.

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
