Call backs

For call backs, do they always first start with the customer service person?  Are they all product experts? 

How does this work??  Do i need to request a tax advisor?  Seems like sometimes the person answering really knows their stuff and other times they are not that familiar and just looking things up.  For some issues not as much product related , but tax details /tax related,  I would rather speak with a tax advisor.  Support has been good overall.

    You can certainly ask your question here.  In addition, if you like to reach out to a tax advisor and have access to TurboTax Live, you can reach out to them using the steps here as well.

    Thx. Yes, I know how to get the call back, but at first I think we get customer service or a product expert, not always a tax advisor. That was what I was talking about, not how to use Live help button. Thanks tough...I will just ask for a tax advisor for the more difficult questions. It is a longer wait.
