You appear to be using Live Premier.   That Live feature is available during business hours.  8AM-5PM Pacific (11AM-8PM Eastern), Monday-Friday.   It is not scheduled in this user community forum.  The FAQs below will tell you how to use the Live contact.

 The Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro.   It also includes a final review of your return, which they will sign, and continued tax help/advice during the year.
