California Tax return. After entering credit card security code the continue button will not allow me to finalize credit card payment

Cannot finalize credit card payment although all info on credit card is correct.

The continue button will not activate.

Check your name entry. You cannot use a period after your middle initial

I have not received notification that my California State Tax has been accepted. I completed the process and printed a copy of my CA taxes but when I went to file it I received a message that my credit card was not accepted. Consequently I do not know if it was filed. My credit card was apparently accepted being I received an email confirmation indicating such.
