My California State Tax return shows preview only.  How can I view and print and subsequently file?

This link does not help. I have the following message on the page to view and print the California return -

"TurboTax is still working on making your California return available to print or download. You can preview the return in the meantime"

Why is my return not available and when will it be available?

CA has not completed all of their forms and that may be affecting you. When the final form has not been released, our program prevents you from moving ahead. Please check forms availability here.
