CA state return for non resident

I have California State Tax Question. If I file CA return as full year non-resident, should I report and include income from interest, dividend, capital gain from stock sales? (I still have bank and brokerage account in California which use my relatives CA address)

No, if you were a full-year California nonresident, most interest, dividend, capital gain income is not state-sourced income just because you used a California address.  Just note: if in the rarest case they would contact you about your residency, just be sure you can show you established a new residence.
