<P>I always seem to owe CA state taxes even when I get a refund on federal. Will the updates on the W-4 also effect my CA taxes? Should I be making any changes to separate state forms as a result?</P>

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??
