Business filling along iwth perosnal taxes

having issue with filling our personal taxes using TT online. I was able to do the business taxes fully along with assisted help online without buying the cd/download. I was also able to file the federal and state until the very end then i get a notice that my transmission cant be e filed. I have called TT twice and they have no clue on what to do beside just mail our personal taxes to the IRS address they provide. we don't like the idea of sending all of our personal information through the mail. I'm lost on why we cant file the personal taxes being we were able to file the business taxes using TT online. Any help would be appreciated.
