When I go to enter any business assets that I paid for that are under $2,500 it will ask questions and get to a point that indicates that I need to enter them and then it goes back to the Expenses Page where you see Assest and is says Not Started, I select it again and it just seams to go in circles, never letting me input and assests.

You have to enter those assets as expenses in the Business Expenses section of the program.
In Other Common Business Expenses >> Other Miscellaneous Expenses provide a description and an amount.
