Bug with rollover box for 1099-R

We entered a 1099-R for a Long Term Care Insurance Plan distribution that goes right back into the same account. The distribution is not taxable so box 2b is $0. The following questions as what happened to the money so we answered that the money was returned to the same account. This caused box B1 on the Rollovers, Roth Conversions, Roth Rollovers and Recharacterizations to be checked (B1 Check this box if the entire distribution rolled over) which is correct. However, Turbotax reports the error "Form 1099-R (...): Full rollover box should not be checked if there is code 'W' in box 7. If I uncheck the box, the answers to the dialogue questions are changed to indicate that we did something else with the money and did not roll it over. This is not correct as we did not take the money and it is still safely in a non-taxable account. Live tax advice could not help or advise any other way to report the bug (either the box being checked or how the questions are asked). If it can't be fixed I need to know if we should submit with the error report or submit with the box unchecked.
