Bug Report: Unable to navigate with Finder while initially saving Tax Return file - MacOS Ventura 13.0.1

This is a bug report: while attempting my initial save of my tax return file in TurboTax 2022 Home and Business on MacOS Ventura 13.0.1, the save window would not let me use Finder properly to navigate within my file structure. I attempted to use the dropdown arrow next to the default file save location (Documents), but it did not work properly. It brought up the left-hand window for navigation, but did not display files/folders in the central window. Instead, it continued to display the options for encrypting the file, etc. As a workaround, I had to save it in the default location, then use File->Move To... to move the file where I wanted it. Request techs fix this in a future build.
