Brought a house October 2017, obtained mortgage exemption credit of $3,000 for the state of Indiana. Where do I entered the exemption for the IRS and Indiana form?

Indiana form 43709 was filed with the auditor for a $3,000 one time mortgage exemption.  Turbo Tax does not provide a field to enter the exemption for the federal or state form.
