Boxes won’t accept data

CA form 3522 and form 568.  Numerous boxes won’t accept data.  They are not “live.”

e.g. the Secretary of State file number on 3522

e.g. Boxes  7, 8, 12, 14, 21 on form 568.

using a Mac, desktop TT software.  I’ve tried tabbing through, double clicking, nothing allows data entry.

These all worked in 2023.
