Box 18 is empty on my W-2 form. I confirmed with my employer this is correct. How can I e-file without any information in box 18 (Turbo Tax won't let me bypass)

If there is no local taxes withheld on your form W-2, you should leave all 3 boxes 18, 19 and 20 blank.
