Box 12a

 why do I have multiple of each Box 12 section in my TurboTax ?  Some have the letter section but no $ added.  Some have dollar amounts and no code.  Some have weird $ like $3 and $8 that I can find no place in my W2 let alone my box 12!

To clarify the W-2 information in TurboTax doesn't match with your actual W-2? You might have to delete the W-2 and reenter the W-2 manually.

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
3. Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Here's your W-2 info” screen
4. Click on the trash icon.
5. Enter the W-2 manually.
