To clarify the W-2 information in TurboTax doesn't match with your actual W-2? You might have to delete the W-2 and reenter the W-2 manually.
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
- Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Here's your W-2 info” screen
- Click on the trash icon.
- Enter the W-2 manually.
