Bought CD version but no CD drive

Hi, I bought the CD version of Turbo tax premier but I dont have a CD drive. I called the number to get the download link but the download didn't work. How can i get a real person to help me!?

There should be contact information for our Customer Support with the CD packaging, and they will be able to assist you with downloading Premier.
