Blank Screen when trying to efile

My return was rejected.  I logged in to the web version to correct the issue.  I correct the issue and try to efile and the screen goes blank.  I cleared history, cookies, cache.  I rebooted and am still getting the same issue.  I tried it on my phone and am having the same issue.  I am not paying more to speak with an expert.  I am getting charged to efile and cant even do that.

Blank Screen when trying to efile

I had the same problem a year or two back.  Nothing worked to fix the problem on the laptop, even with hours of support from Turbo Tax customer support.  I finally succeeded e-filing by loading Turbo Tax on a different machine.  Then it went easily.
