I just downloaded TurboTax 2024 to my iMac running MacOS 15.2. When I open turbo tax all I get is a blank screen with a cancel button at the lower right. I try checking for updates without success.

I get the same issue. Also using MacOS15.2 on a new Mac. Tried multiple times redownloading, restarting computer. After ‘everything up-to-date’, then comes to white window w Turbo Rax 2024 at top, active blue Cancel button lower right, and nothing else.

I have the same exact issue. Is there any help available?
I see the same thing on my 2023 Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.1.1.
Same here. MacOS 14.6.1. I installed TurboTax 2024 Desktop... says it is up to date, and then just a plain white screen with a cancel button at the bottom right. I have my activation code (purchased from Amazon), but no way to enter. Surprised as I have used this for many many tax years and never a problem. Help.
Exact same issue here; downloaded from Amazon; download appeared to be okay; but app won’t open from desktop icon or apps folder; just “spins” like it’s trying to open.
I called TurboTax support. This is a known issue - expected to be resolved in a few hours. It just started working for me - so it has been resolved from my point of view. Rather then a blank screen, I got the activation screen where I could enter my product key and register. Yay.
Agree, working this morning with Deluxe FedplusState.
However, it did take about 5 full seconds to populate that window ("enter license key"), at first I thought it was still broken and was replying here, then the window filled in as I was typing. I entered the key, and I'm at the next window, "Register TurboTax". the download file has same byte count today Sat 1/11 as yesterday, fyi.
