Hello everyone.
I had the same problem with the credit card screen being blank. My solution was to right click on my kaspersky-security,in the taskbar running in the background (you may have a different anti-virus program in memory), and select QUIT to remove it from memory, NOTE: pausing, does not work, the program is still in memory. Then I clicked back on Turbotax, and selected pay by credit card, and it worked!
Bottomline: Quit any anti-virus, or internet security running, i.e., Norton, Kaspersky, 360, mcafee, etc, running in the background.
After paying, and transmitted, I turned the anti-virus, Kaspersky back on.
