I have been trying to download and print my tax forms 2018 and the papers keep printing blank? The outline prints from the 2018 downloaded and paid for tax cd but none of the numbers are printing out. I have tried on different computers, downloaded the most up to date adobe. I am lost on what to do?

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

So I am printing pdf file but all forms are printing blank. As all outlines of forms are there, just all numbers and info that TurboTax fills in is blank. So do I fill in by hand or why would all forms print blank. And the barcode pages are printing blank also. Please help I have been trying to print weeks now. I have to mail in because they are from 2018. What would my next steps be. I I tried on multiple different computers, I tried on different files, I’ve updated Adobe twice and also paid edition, I downloaded onto a hard drive and tried my work computer. Still all forms are printing blank
