I was charged $80 when the site led me to believe I was only paying $40..I only needed the additional service for my state taxes. Please refund me $40

It’s deceptive at best..they sold me on the deluxe edition and then charged me $80..today I tried to access help and can’t get a response..pretty disappointed at this point.
