I am re-eFiling because TurboTax missed some information and the IRS rejected the forms, and I'm being force to pay again for eFiling.
I got an email from TurboTax saying my taxes were rejected because the IRS IP PIN was missing on the forms, but I have never been issue that, I have never had that.
Anyhow, I opened the TurboTax software again and did the "File, Electronic Filing, Check Electronic Filing Status" and it detected that my eFiling had been rejected. Then the software proceed to simply do some checks and when it was done it took me to the eFile screen again, but it is asking me to pay again... not only did I pay almost $100 for the software, then $25 to eFile the State, but now I have to pay another $25 to eFile the State... and I don't know what was fixed since the program does not say what was updated nor did it ask me to update manually anything or to enter any thing. What if I pay again, and it gets rejected again since the software does not show or gives any hints on what was fixed? I can't keep on paying like this...
Any advise?
