Being asked to upgrade due to schedule 4. Doesn't seem to apply to me, but won't let me bypass. Help?

Schedule 4 is a new form this year that may be needed along with your Form 1040. It is used to report "other taxes" such as:

Self-Employment Tax
Household Employment Taxes
Additional Tax on IRAs or other Qualified Retirement Plans
