Because I had problem with my first account I open a new one and need to closse de old one

In order to deactivate an account you will need to call the customer service line and talk to an agent.

They will fill out a form for you and submit it. After it is submitted you will receive an email that asks you to upload a form of ID. After you send your form of ID your account will be deactivated that day.
