Be sure you're using the same login information (same TurboTax account) that you were using when you began working on your return. Many users have more than one TT account and don't realize it. You must use the EXACT same account in order to find your return you're working on. See the TurboTax FAQ below to see if you have more than one TT account. Once you've located the right one, stick with that account.
