Basis Not Reported to IRS--Can't Check Box

I imported some 1099-B transactions form Quicken into Turbotax Deluxe. They are in a Capital Asset Sales Worksheet. They were all imported with the "Basis Reported to IRS" block automatically checked "yes". I need to change a few of these imports to check "no", as the basis was not reported to IRS pursuant to the actual 1099-B. But the program will not allow me to check the "no" box! I know I was able to do this last year. Any thought?
