balance sheet

I can't seem to get the balance sheet to balance ,while double checking amounts I found that I enter shareholder distribution amount as 6,551. but see that on retained earning reconciliation summary TURBOTAX has the amount of 3,221.  The correct amount is $6,551.   I need help with balance sheet and would love to speck to someone on the phone. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and never came across an issue like this.

yes and I wish I could stop getting badge points.... I need to have help contacting a live person on the phone.

The issue is a bit odd.
