Dear TurboTax Support Team,
I am writing to request a full refund for the TurboTax services I purchased this year. Despite paying for assistance and spending over two weeks attempting to resolve my filing issue, I was unable to e-file my New York State tax return and ultimately had to print and mail it instead.
I spoke with at least 10 different representatives, none of whom could identify or resolve the problem. I was also scheduled to speak with a tax expert twice, but I never received a call. When I finally reached a tax expert, they were unable to assist and referred me back to customer service. Unfortunately, I could not reach a live representative through the automated system.
This entire experience was extremely time-consuming and frustrating, and I did not receive the product or service I paid for. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for my TurboTax purchase and any associated support fees.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
