Bad business....will not use again after they messed my taxes up

If you use turbotax and have the payment for services taken out of your return you could get screwed by this company.  If it takes the IRS longer than Turbotax expects, they send you a notice and tell you they will make a withdraw from your bank for the cost...........not wait on return.  They don't care if you are in a bad spot and could even be ok if they would wait a week till you get your next paycheck.  They will take your money even if it would cause you to overdraft and have fees or worst have the try bounce back which will cost you more at your bank.  I'm going to spread my story on facebook as people should know this and find another company to do business with that will at least do what they say "your fees will come out of your refund"  They fail to mention that if it takes the IRS longer to process your return due to a TurboTax failure, they will just suck it right out of your bank even if it leaves you broke till your next paycheck.  Oh well Facebook here I come.  People having to sit at home during this crisis will have something interesting to read and hopefully help them not get involved in this shady mess!!!!!!

When you pay the TurboTax fees from your refund you must check the box that you *agree* that TurboTax can take the money from your account if the refund is denied or delayed.  Didn't you *read* the terms before you agreed?
