AZ State Tax Turbo Tax says to mail it to P.O. Box 29205 - but the AZ Dept of Rev it is P.O. Box 52106 (payment) or 52138 (no tax or Refund). Why is the discrepancy?

Why is there a discrepancy with the printout from Turbo Tax

If the return has a barcode, it should go to the PO Box 29205 address.
