AZ form 301

I am being told Turbo Tax does not support e-file due to "Forms with Tax from recapture of credits are not eligible for electronic filing" When I drill down there are zeros on all the referenced lines. I am thinking this is an Intuit problem-not an Arizona one?

It could be the program does not like the zeroes and wants blanks instead. Please change the zeroes to blank and try again.
